Protecting Information, Strengthening Security, and Building a Culture of ISMS Responsibility at ITC India
Created by SF Trainings Team
The ITC India ISMS Induction Training Program is designed to help employees understand their responsibilities in protecting the organization’s information, systems, laboratory records, client data, and digital assets.
The course introduces the fundamentals of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and ISO/IEC 27001, including the principles of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA). It explains how information security applies to everyday work across management, HR, technical teams, CyberSec, and laboratory operations.
Through practical examples and scenario-based learning, participants will learn how to handle sensitive information securely, use approved systems and communication channels, maintain strong password and access practices, identify phishing and other security threats, follow physical security controls, and report suspected incidents promptly.
The program concludes with practical assessments that help employees apply what they have learned to realistic workplace situations. The overall goal is to build a strong security culture where every employee understands that protecting information is a shared responsibility and contributes to maintaining ITC India’s client trust, business reputation, and ISMS compliance.
